BetterCare Today helps users internationally (primarily in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and Philippines) find and book aged care and nursing home services by matching users with suitable providers based on the provided information.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and consent to being contacted by BetterCare Today and matched providers.

4. Personal Data Collection, Use, Storage & Sharing

We collect personal details including names, emails, phone numbers, and medical conditions through forms and the Tawk.to chat. This data is stored in our CRM and databases and shared with nursing homes for matching purposes only. We do not sell your information.

5. Independent Care Providers and No Endorsement

BetterCare Today facilitates information exchange and is not responsible for the quality or performance of nursing homes or aged care facilities. Users must independently verify and choose facilities.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or reliability. We disclaim all warranties regarding the information or service quality provided by third-party care providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

BetterCare Today is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services or interactions with care providers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

BetterCare Today operates globally with headquarters in the Philippines. These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be settled exclusively by courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

9. Liability Release and Indemnification

You agree to release and indemnify BetterCare Today from any disputes or damages arising from your use of our Site and Services or your interaction with care providers.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Severability and assignment clauses apply as standard.
